The unofficial results are in for Natick’s annual town election, which got bumped to June 30 from March 31 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The slate of uncontested townwide seats and 2 ballot questions drew just under 11% of registered voters, who were encouraged to send ballots in ahead of time.
About 9 out of 10 voters voted “yes” on both ballot questions, the first changing Board of Selectmen to Select Board and the second defining the rights of non-Town Meeting members at Town Meeting.
Speaking of which, Natick Town Meeting will be held remotely via web conference on July 11.
