Natick has a new way to field your blue trash bag complaints

April 28, 2021 by Bob Brown

Natick’s Department of Public Works has been on the outreach plan regarding the town’s much, uh, beloved blue trash bags.

Now you can send email to PAYT-Bag@natickma.org to report any problems (or we imagine, compliments) regarding the Pay-as-you-Throw blue bags. As always, you also can call the Department of Public Works at (508) 647-6550 or the bag vendor directly at 800-866-3954.

The email option will help the town log issues that residents may be experiencing with the bags, according to Jeremy Marsette, director of the Department of Public Works.

Defective bags are replaced at no charge and the bag manufacturer is notified. Providing a description of the possible defects and the lot number printed on the side of the bag helps diagnose potential issues more timely.

Feel free to share any action shots or videos of your blue bag adventures here, too: natickreport@gmail.com
