More than a year after closing Town Hall’s physical doors to the public due to the COVID-19 threat, Natick has reopened its central place of doing town business. But do wear a mask if you plan to visit.
Town Hall hours are as follows:
- Monday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
The Town Hall building closed to the public last March in the wake of Gov. Baker declaring a state of emergency on March 10, 2020. But Town Hall employees continued to serve the public by taking advantage of online tools—tools that will only get better as Natick uses state funding to roll out new electronic permitting and licensing software.
Since then its initial Town Hall closing, Natick has loosened things some by allowing visits by appointment only.
Natick is fortunate in that its Town Hall is more modern and roomier than those of some neighboring communities, including Wellesley, where social distancing challenges remain even as state COVID-19 protocols are relaxed.
