Natick shows support for Ukraine

April 20, 2022 by Bob Brown

rotary ukraineNatick residents and businesses are showing their support for Ukraine in numerous ways, from flying the blue and yellow flag to collecting items to making corporate statements (Total Wine & More removed Russian products).

The Charles River Rotary Club, which serves Natick, is working with other clubs to collect donations.

The Rotary Foundation has created an official channel for Rotary members and other donors around the world to contribute funds to support relief efforts underway by Rotary districts. The Foundation has designated the Disaster Response Fund as the main avenue for this, and to date has received more than $8.8 million in contributions. These funds will be used to provide relief to refugees or other victims of the crisis, providing needs such as water, food, shelter, medicine, and clothing.
