For all of you who have wondered about 221 Oak St. in Natick…

May 4, 2022 by Bob Brown 3 Comments

First of all, yes, 221 Oak St. in Natick is a house, not a business. While the home is located nearby the business district at Tech Circle, it is indeed a home and now this unique property is on the market.

(We’re getting no commission for this…we just know many people in town are curious about this property. It even cracked the Zillow Gone Wild line-up.)

Real estate sites give the inside views of the property, which for those of you with more than your fair share of vehicles, might be a perfect fit if you’ve got $1.45M lying around. It includes a climate-controlled, 5-bay garage, among other upscale features.

Built in 2014, the 1,000 sq. ft. contemporary house has 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, built-in bookcases, a bar, a granite patio, and more, according to the listing.

Same. I thought it was some sort of old pump house or electrical substation. Who is going to buy this weird mancave?!?!
