Natick’s Veterans Services office will host a square dedication on Saturday, April 29 at noon for the Whalen brothers, 4 of whom served in the U.S. military in WWII.
The brothers are as follows:
- James M Whalen, Army, Corporal, 106th Quartermaster Corp WWII
- William E Whalen, Army Air Force, Sergeant, 9th Air Force WWII
- Francis J Whalen, Navy, Machinist Mate 1st Class, USS Eagle 27 (PE 27), WWII
- Richard H Whalen, Army, Sergeant, 101st Quartermaster, Bronze Star for Valor, WWII
