The latest Natick, Mass., business news:
Soap Dental opens wide for business

Dr. Bob Cheng has been practicing dentistry in the Boston area for about the past 10 years, and when looking recently for a location for his office close to the city, Natick stuck out for its “very positive vibe,” he says.
“It has a very energetic community with a variety of events. The Saturday farmers market, musical performances, and many different cultural and unique events other towns do not offer,” he says. “Since I have been here, the town has become more vibrant and is continuing to grow and I really want to be a part of that process!”
That’s become a reality with the opening of Soap Dental at 7A Middlesex Ave. in Natick.

Anthology hosts swanky grand opening
The Anthology of Natick senior living facility on Rte. 135 in Natick opened over the summer, but held its official grand opening this past week, complete with a harpist, delicious dinner, and valet parking. Plus a ribbon cutting for the 86-unit assisted living and memory care complex. Although the place has only been open a few months, a sense of community was everywhere.
In the lovely dining room we enjoyed a chef-prepared meal with a friend who is thinking about moving in soon. In the common room, there was our Bunco buddy and her very happy parents, who were two of the first to call Anthology home. We spotted a couple of Natick movers and shakers who attended to be able to say they’d been there…and maybe with an eye toward the future. As for us, we’re ready to move in right now—but we’ll have to save up a few more years to afford the monthly fees.
Anthology provided tours inside and outside during the event as well.
