The latest Natick, Mass., business news:
Market 10 Provisions is open for business
Market 10 Provisions has at last crossed the finish line to opening at 54B East Central St. After a lengthy process with the town, store owner Neel Patel welcomed customers to his spotless and light-filled 1,600 sq. ft. space over the weekend during a soft opening.

The strip mall in which Market 10 is located also includes Shanghai Tokyo, Bill’s Pizzeria, Fashion Nails, Excellent Cleaners, and Adagio Salon.
The high-end specialty shop stocks a curated selection of wine and malt beverage, along with snacks such as jerkies, popcorn, chips, chocolates, honey, hot sauces, dry rubs, jam and dipping sauces. Also expect to seen a nice selection of meats and cheeses, as well as fresh bread, and tonics.
In a nod to the space’s convenience store past, (A 7-11 in that space closed in October of 2021.), there is a wall of lottery tickets inviting customers to try their luck. A small selection of commonly needed supplies such as ibuprofen, soap, toothpaste, hand sanitizer, and more will also be available.

If you stop in this week looking for such-and-such an item, have patience. The shelves weren’t entirely filled during our visit, but they will be. Stock is coming in daily, and suppliers have officially marked Market 10 Provisions as part of their regular route.
Page Waterman Gallery on the move to South Natick
Page Waterman Gallery & Framing has had a 100+ year run in Wellesley Square, so it’s not surprising that owner Sturdy Waterman says the upcoming move has a good news/bad news feel to it. “It’s sad that we’re leaving Wellesley,” the art historian and conservationist says, “but we found this new space” at 57 Eliot St. in South Natick, a 2-mile straight shot from the gallery’s current 592A Washington St. location.

Don’t know where 592A Washington St. in Wellesley is? You’re not alone. Page Waterman has for six years been tucked away, down a short driveway, across the street from Smith and Wollensky Steakhouse. There’s plenty of space, and a great parking lot and all, but the shop just doesn’t get the foot traffic it did when it was in a classic storefront space.
That’s about to change. Page Waterman’s new South Natick spot, formerly a real estate agency, is across the street from the Charles River and the beautiful South Natick dam, and offers great light, large front windows for displays, and hight visibility. There’s a well-traveled sidewalk out front. And thousands of cars pass on route 16 in either direction. The Charles River Coffee House, Renee’s Kitchen, and the Bacon Free Library are neighbors.
Page Waterman is known for its fine art, consultation services to help customers select art for their home, restoration of old paintings, and custom framing for everything from humble, sentimental pieces to museum-quality works.
Renovations on the South Natick space are happening now, and Sturdy expects to open right after Labor Day.
Since Page Waterman is moving, they’re trying to lighten the load. Bid on beautiful art during their Silent Art Auction through June 19.
