Tsuru Japanese restaurant is opening right across the street from Shanghai Tokyo? Who came up with that idea?!?
Also please give an update on The Block.
Is the landlord having trouble finding businesses to fill that space?
    Thank you.

The more I look at that building tomorrow I am puzzled as to how there will be outdoor eating. Certainly not on the main street and the back does not have the space.
