Here is some of the agenda they will be addressing before questions from the audience:
1. How best to Accelerate Electrification of Residential Homes and Commercial Buildings, including views on new opt-in ‘stretch’ code for construction to build without using fossil fuels.
2. Charles River Dam in South Natick – rebuild spillway or restore river to its natural flow; funding recommendation for choice(s).
3. Community Preservation Act – view on Spring Town Meeting Vote to fund via 1% property tax to get matching State Money for recreation space, affordable housing, historic preservation.
4. Prioritization of Net Zero/LEEDS Silver principles for Memorial Elementary School and other municipal building projects.
