This page covers frequently asked questions regarding Natick Report’s 2023 Town Election coverage.
How can a candidate or group place an election-related ad on Natick Report?
In past elections, some candidates building awareness about their campaigns and/or groups promoting ballot questions have run ads on Natick Report. If your campaign would like to do so, here is some information you may find useful:
Election-related ads will run in two places on the front page of Natick:
1) Space #1 is located under news story #1 (where Call and Haul is right now). That spot will accommodate up to six ad images, which will rotate. Each candidate or group promoting a ballot question may purchase one ad slot only.
2) Space #2 is located under news story #1 (where Needham Bank is right now). Same guidelines as for Space #1.
Natick Report’s editors will decide whether an ad is placed in the first or the second space.
The rate for a candidate ad to run is $300, regardless of what day the ad starts.
Ads may start at any time during the election cycle and will run through March 28 (election day).
If interested, please send your ad in jpeg format, with dimensions of 540 x 200, to natickreport@gmail.com
Payment of $300 must be made online at this link for the ad to appear. Please hit the yellow “donate” button, and follow the prompts.

How do I place a letter to the editor on Natick Report?
Guidelines regarding letters to the editor can be found at this link.
How can I be the subject of a candidate Q & A post on Natick?
Each candidate running in a contested race will receive an email request from Natick Report to be the subject of a candidate Q&A post. If a candidate agrees to participate, questions will emailed.
The Q&A’s will run in a single post per office (one Q&A post covering each Select Board candidate; one Q&A post covering each School Committee candidate; and one Q&A post covering each Library Trustee candidate.) Here is an example of a candidates’ Q&A post.
The candidates will appear in each post in ballot order. However, the posts covering each Board/Commission/Committee may not appear in ballot order.
