Copies of Vital Records (certified copies of birth, death & marriage certificates) are accessible from the Natick Town Clerk’s Office for $10 per copy if picked up in person, $11 if mailed.
Certified copies are available by visiting the Clerk’s office on the first floor of Natick Town Hall (13 E. Central St.) or by sending a written request by mail.
If sending a request by mail to Natick Town Hall (13 E. Central St., Natick, MA 01760), be sure to enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope and provide the following:
- Name on the record
- Date of the event
- Type of certificate (birth, death or marriage)
- A telephone number where you can be reached in case there is a problem
Payment is available online, or by cash or check (checks should be payable to: Town of Natick).

These are filed in both the city and town of the birth as well as the city and town where the parents resided at the time of the birth. Birth certificates issued by the Natick Town Clerk’s office are acceptable for passport applications and for other purposes.
These are filed in the city or town where the death occurred and the city or town where the decedent resided.
These are filed in the city or town where the “Intention of Marriage” application was filed.
You can request documents online, in person, or via letter with a check for the fee and a self-addressed stamped envelope. Credit card payments are not accepted.
