More than you really want to know about Natick, Mass.
Natick is United invites the community to attend its online panel presentation, “Being LGBTQ+ in Natick” on Thursday, Dec. 14 from 7 to 8:30pm.
In partnership with OUT MetroWest, Natick is United will start the evening with a presentation on LGBTQ+ basics, focusing on how to be a good ally. It equips participants with up-to-date vocabulary and answers to frequently asked questions about LGBTQ+ inclusion and etiquette. Then, there will be a panel of local community members, including an LGBTQ+ young adult, an LGBTQ+ parent, a parent of an LGBTQ+ child, a mental health professional, and a school administrator.
The discussion will be presented as a webinar; Only event hosts and panelists will be on camera/audio. You can submit questions to the panel ahead of time through the registration form or by emailing natickisunited@gmail.com.
