Meaningful Connections Memory Café

The memory café is a welcoming and supportive environment for individuals living with memory loss and their care partners. This month’s entertainment will be provided by Tom Madden who will perform hits from Sinatra to current artists. Sit back, sing along or take a spin on the dance floor. After the performance there will be a light lunch.
