More than you really want to know about Natick, Mass.
The community is invited to attend the Natick Veterans Day parade on Saturday, Nov. 11.
Units will form behind the Natick Police and Fire building at 9am, with the parade starting at 9:30am.
Units will include those from the Police and Fire Departments; Color guard from the Natick Research and Development Command; Veterans groups; American Legion Band; veterans; Elected officials; and Boy and Girl Scouts.
The parade will proceed down West Central Street to Forest Street, to Pond Street, then go east to downtown before stopping on the grounds of the Morse Institute Library.
Ceremonies will begin at 10:50 a.m. for invocation; Moment of Silence at 11 a.m.; Opening remarks at 11:05 a.m.; Johnson School Peacemakers at 11:05 a.m.; Remarks from state Rep. David Linsky at 11:17 a.m.; Remarks from the state Senate at 11:20 a.m.; Remarks from Marine Corps League National Commander Warren Griffin at 11:28 a.m.
