New South Natick eatery: Maggie & Milo’s ice cream and hot dogs

July 21, 2021 by Deborah Brown Leave a Comment

A South Natick neighbor gave us the scoop that a new ice cream and hot dog shop has opened at 57 Eliot Street in the spot where Little Lola’s once did a takeout business (Lola’s Italian Groceria is still going strong in Natick Center).

Maggie & Milo's, South Natick

Stop by Maggie & Milo’s soft opening Thursday, July 22- Sunday, July 25, 11am-4pm.

Permanent hours will begin Tuesday, July 27, 11am – 8pm.

Maggie and Milo’s is closed on Mondays.

What’s good?

Choose from 7 ways to get your dog dressed from basic, to a mac and cheese version, to a Texas dog with coleslaw and barbecue sauce. Plant-based dogs and all-beef are available. Also on the menu are fries, popcorn, turkey chili, veggie chili, and more.

Ice cream flavors cover the basic chocolate, strawberry, and vanilla, along with raspberry sorbet, cookies and cream, chocolate pecan yogurt, and several other choices. One scoop is $3.75; two scoops, $4.75; 3 scoops, $5.75. Classic sundaes, a banana boat, and frappes are also on the menu.

With an adjacent park for the kids to run around in, outdoor seating, the beautiful South Natick dam across the street, and neighborhoods full of hungry people willing to walk any distance for ice cream (especially when that distance is just down the street), we’re predicting Maggie & Milo’s will become an instant South Natick classic.
